Maddie – July 2nd, 2024 – Georgia English Bulldog Rescue

10/16/18:  Please welcome Darlene!  She joins us from Cobb County Animal Management. She was picked up by animal management as a stray and when nobody got here in search of her she joined the rescue.  She must be vaccinated, spayed, have cherry eye surgical procedure and and entropion surgical procedure.

She is three years previous. She likes canine however may have a bit time to regulate to them.  At the moment we have no idea how she feels about cats or younger youngsters.

Replace 10/17/18:  Darlene’s white blood cell depend is extraordinarily excessive and he or she has a pores and skin an infection.  We’ll test her blood work in just a few days and whether it is again to regular we are going to transfer ahead with surgical procedure.

Replace 10/19/18:  Darlene is exhibiting indicators of a respiratory an infection so we began her on medicine for this as we speak.  That is possible the reason for her excessive white blood cell depend.  As soon as her respiratory an infection clears up we are going to recheck her blood work and transfer ahead together with her surgical procedure.  Up to now her tail pocket doesn’t appear to be giving her any points however we are going to proceed to look at it and do tail amputation whereas she is below for her spay, cherry eye and entropion surgical procedure.  We may also test her airway whereas she is below and transfer ahead with palate surgical procedure then if wanted.

Replace 10/26/18:  Darlene had her surgical procedure as we speak and all went effectively.  She was payed and had her cherry eye mounted.  She is going to transfer into her foster dwelling in just a few days.

Replace 11/25/18:  Darlene has been adopted by her foster mother.  Congrats Darlene and Mary Jo!

July 2, 2024 – Maddie (formally often known as Darlene) crossed over the Rainbow Bridge as we speak.  Please maintain her household in your ideas.
