Miami-Dade police proclaims the arrest of a canine groomer caught kicking a small canine in a viral video on Wednesday, August 21.
The canine groomer has since been fired after the video, recorded on on August 12, went viral. The person, recognized as 33-year-old Richel Yumar Gonzales, may be seen kicking the small Maltese/Shih Tzu combine canine at the back of the neck within the video.
The canine can then be seen working away from the person, who was seen carrying a Deluxe Cellular Pet Grooming t-shirt, earlier than being kicked once more, this time within the head.
